HEAT London are able to offer residents of London a grant towards the cost of a first time, central heating system.

LOFT / CAVITY WALL INSULATION GRANTS

First Time Installation and Top Ups

HEAT London are happy to offer residents of London grants towards the cost of Loft and Cavity Wall Insulation.

Did you know that the recommended depth of Loft Insulation is now 300mm / 12 inches - so it is well worth checking your insulation even if you think that you have sufficient. 

​

Loft Insulation really does reduce your heating bills and make your home warmer and cosier.

​

BOILER UPGRADE GRANTS

Boiler Old and Broken?

If you already have an old LPG or Gas Boiler that is broken and non-condensing we may be able to offer you a grant towards the cost of replacement - but grants are very limited and on a case by case basis.

RENEWABLE ENERGY

Heat Pumps, Micro Combined Heat and Power Units, and Solar PV

HEAT London are able to offer a range of renewable heating, hot water and electricity solutions for your home comprising:​

  • Air Source Heat Pumps

  • Micro Combined Heat and Power Units

  • Solar PV

All grants available through HEAT London are subject to householder / property eligibility criteria and a technical survey of the property. Grants are limited so do not delay in applying.
